DENIED INSURANCE HOME OWNERS NIGHTMARE
DENIED INSURANCE HOME OWNERS NIGHTMARE
HOW COULD SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPEN IN BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA
On the morning of September 10th, 2007, when I was thought to be at work, someone broke into a window entering the second floor suite of my house, (for the second time) using a ladder and set a fire causing tremendous damage, including destruction of my roof, garage, and two suites. After waiting for seven hours for the fire to be put out and police and fire forensics to finish their investigation, the house was released to me at which time I met the insurance adjuster named Jerry Cox of “Cox Insurance Associates”.
Jerry Cox, shortly after meeting me said he had to go to an appointment in the area and drove away from the scene and returned shortly after 9:00 PM. I believe that's when he drove off to purchase the gas container which he used the cap to place in the fire area after waiting around for over 7 hours on a 1 - 2 hour job. The fact that there were many witnesses around that could clearly state that there was no gas cap sitting in the middle of the floor for all to see caused the adjuster to call on Senez Reed Calder (forensics) to help support him in his evidence tampering. After the gas cap was bagged and taken away by the single forensics member, it took me 14 months to have it sent to a lawyer proving that there was indeed a gas cap placed in the home at 2:00AM. I was relentless in my cause to have that gas cap returned.
When I spoke with the lawyer for Axa Pacific Insurance about the adjuster planting the evidence, I specifically demanded that the cap be returned to me since it was discovered at 2:00AM and well after the police tape was taken down, he said to me by phone "are you now saying that you are the owner of the gas cap found in your house". Unbelievable!
I was then told:
“Axa Pacific Insurance is taking the position that you never appeared at one of their offices to apply for insurance whatsoever and they are therefore returning your premium cheque in the amount of $1438.00”. The cheque came by registered mail!
INSURANCE
ADJUSTER CAUGHT!
Adjuster for Axa Insurance Jerry Cox of Cox Insurance Associates planted a gas cap in the fire area and got caught by the home owner while trying to run out of the suite with the member of the forensic company Senez Reed Calder.
Have you ever heard anything like this before. Instead of repairing the fire damage which was in the area of $159,000 Axa Pacific Insurance tried to trick the homeowner into accepting his annual premium cheque back in the amount of $1438.00. It’s like buying a car and while driving one of the wheels fall off causing an accident and instead of the dealership taking responsibility for their car they offer you your money back even though you paid for insurance. As you will read on the Lawyer Movie page they are complaining that I have stated that their actions are illegal.
At 2:00 AM on September 11, 2007 an insurance adjuster (Jerry Cox) together with another man claiming to be from a forensic company (Senez Reed Calder) were running out of a home 14 hours after an arson fire and when the homeowner walked in immediately after they ran out, sitting in the middle of the floor was a “Brand New Gas Cap” from gas container. Something Fishy Here!
They just left me standing in the street at 2:30 AM and drove away
